Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service
Any quote provided by MSG-3 is an estimate only and is subject to change based on availability, route conditions, cargo specifications, and other factors
MSG-3 reserves the right to decline any quote request at its sole discretion
We may contact you using the information provided to follow up on your request

No freight service agreement is established until a formal contract has been executed by both parties.

3. JOB APPLICATIONS

By submitting a job application through our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer of employment, or any other employment-related action
MSG-3 may retain your application information for up to one year for consideration for future positions

4.3 Third-Party Platform SignNow is an independent third-party service. MSG-3 is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or terms of SignNow's platform. Your use of SignNow is also subject to SignNow's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.4 Binding Agreements Any document you sign electronically through SignNow in connection with MSG-3's services constitutes a legally binding agreement. You are responsible for reading all documents carefully before signing. If you do not understand any terms, contact us before signing.

4.5 Withdrawal of Consent You may withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures at any time by contacting us at admin@msg-3logistics.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of any electronic signature already executed.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 Website Use To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MSG-3 Logistics, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content.

5.2 Freight Services Information provided on this Site regarding freight services, transit times, pricing, and availability is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of service. MSG-3 is not liable for:

Freight delays caused by weather, road conditions, customs, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our reasonable control
Loss or damage to cargo except as specifically agreed in a signed freight contract
Inaccuracies in quotes provided through the Site prior to formal contract execution
Delays or failures resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics

All freight service liability is governed exclusively by the terms of the executed freight contract between MSG-3 and the client. In no event shall MSG-3's total liability exceed the value of the specific shipment at issue as agreed in the applicable contract.

5.3 Third-Party Links Our Site may contain links to third-party websites including SignNow. MSG-3 has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This Site and all content, features, and functionality are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

MSG-3 does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Illinois.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
